Crazy thought - what if we took the time to properly prepare for a tour? Get a proper biomechanical assessment before hopping on board a 20 date tour, or even for just a few shows over the weekend... What could possibly happen with our performance if we took a proactive approach instead of treating solely when there was a problem that could cost a tour? That's what our conversation with Jamie Camp (MSc. PT Medical Acupuncture, SFMA, AiM, NKT & Adjunct Lecturer University of Toronto Dept of Physical Therapy) detailed.

Most people get into physio to work with elite athletes... Very fun, but the more I worked with Musicians, I learned they’r
