About the MusicFit Recovery Project

This column documents an applied performance experiment:

using sound as a measurable recovery tool for athletes.

I’m developing the MusicFit Method, a sound-based recovery system for performance, and testing its first protocol, the Sonic Recovery Protocol (SRP), with strength athletes in real training environments.

This project explores whether structured sound interventions can improve:

• sleep quality

• recovery scores

• nervous system regulation

• training readiness

• consistency and burnout resistance

using wearable data, athlete feedback, and field observation.

Posts in this column include:

• pilot updates

• protocol development

• recovery audio experiments

• athlete stories

• data trends

• research notes

• field observations

This is not your dads music blog…

This is not your weird aunties meditation content…

It is an ongoing experiment in treating music as training equipment for the nervous system.

Core principle:

Sound. Recovery. Performance.
