I'm here to create real connection with music and wellness.

This place is pretty sweet. I’m excited to bring my thoughts, opinions, views and musical taste to this vibing community. I aim to use the space to create a real connection with a curious crew, the rebels that challenge the status quo and the outliers in this world. I started Music Fit on the premise that we would change our world, one song at a time and now, with your help - we can do just that.

Expect to see new music in this space. I produce new-age, alternative meditations and what I’ve coined “Functional Music”, as in, music that serves very intentional function in our day-to-day lives. Things like breathing, meditating, exercising, studying, sleeping… real things. Well, yeah - I learned “there’s a song for that.” All of that.
