Gimme 6 weeks and I’ll give you stress free living…
I know… sounds too good to be true, right?
Well, here’s why I think I can do it.
In August, I started testing a new modality to help regulate my stress: music. My own music, just with a new kick. It’s called Neuroacoustic Science Training and it’s the final advanced training I’m taking to help make music that truly heals.

This stuff is the deep science of music from a physiological level, it can and will help you heal.
I thought it sounded too good to be true too, so of course I had to investigate.
Here’s what I’ve found in 4 weeks…
Using my WHOOP wearable as the measuring stick, I saw some really neat metrics unfold. My WHOOP age dropped to 4 years younger than my chronological age and here’s some reasons why:
My resting heart rate dropped to 44
My VO2 Max increased to 44mg/kg/min
My average step count / day increased to 16k
I spent an average of 3 hours per week on strength training activities
I spent 6 hours on average in heart rate zones 1-3
And finally, even my nemesis, sleep increased. Both my sleep consistency and my total time sleeping on average increased in August
But how… right? And maybe more importantly, why does this matter?
Well, we know that stress summates. We have 6 types of stress: physical, emotional, electromagnetic, nutritional, chemical and thermogenic. They all go on the same pile, so that means if we are stressed over work or eating poorly, and training, and on screens all day and using chemicals on our body and in hot or cold environments, our body is maxing, not relaxing!
Big problems with that over time…
Couple that with the common thought that going for a run, or hitting that HIIT class is good for our stress, and we seriously test our own ability to regulate what we know as allostatic load.
That, my friend, is the birthplace of disease. As soon as our body is no longer able to regulate stress, we develop dis-ease. It will show up symptomatically at first in sleep problems, irritability, energy deficiency, injury, food intolerances… all these things the conventional western medical system still seems to think are separate and treat with pills (that’s a whole other story…). It’s simple though. It’s not your kidneys/ankle/nightowl tendencies… it’s your internal doctor. That guy or gal is simply unable to communicate because they’re overwhelmed, understaffed and at a breaking point. Unfortunately, the body can no longer take the stress load and you develop symptoms of disease. But that’s cool cause I’ve developed the antidote. Music. More specifically, NeuroBeats ™️. 😊

When we find the correct frequency of a tissue, we can retrain that tissue to operate and in turn, heal it. This is especially true in the brain where our central nervous system operates because sound frequencies are 5x more effective in water/fluid than bone/solid, and the brain is 80% water.
With that knowledge, we can “entrain” new signals to correct the balance between the “fight/flight” and “rest/digest” (sympathetic & parasympathetic systems respectively). When that happens, our internal doctor can assess and correct the symptoms of disease and we can regulate and heal. Simple, right? 😂 🤓
