Meditation is BS. The gym is a lie. There, I said it.
This is what REAL health looks like (and it's not what you think)
I’ve tried it all.
Meditation apps. Gym routines. Ice baths.
They all promised clarity, energy, peace.
But somehow, I was still anxious.
Still scattered. Still creatively blocked.
I didn’t need more “discipline.”
I needed rhythm.
I needed breath.
I needed to feel safe in my body again.
